The motivation influence over labour of Bulgarian doctors
This paper examines the level of internal motivation, as a base for potential quality of health care, by arrange the motivation factors and assessment of employee satisfaction needs. The aim of investigation is to examine the dependence between staff motivation and quality medical care in hospitals. The significant negative correlation between specific gravity of motivation factors and service quality index - calculated by methods SERVQUAL, is proved. The lower level of health care quality is a consequence of low level of internal motivation factors of staff in hospitals. There for, the human factor with his needs has a important role like a element in formation of quality assessment.
