Opportunities for an inter-disciplinary approach to management Rumen Georgiev Abstract The inter-disciplinary characteristic of businesslike decisions (decisions taken in organizations) is brought up for discussion. It is being implemented through methodology, which is inventing methods and means of its own, designated to create supra-subjective (supra-disciplinary) thinking and behavioral patterns among the decision makers. A distinctive feature of these means and methods is the merger of the managerial knowledge with the knowledge of the subjects of this activity. In this connection, the paradigm of businesslike decisions is formulated, and the systematic perceptions of them, as subject to an inter-disciplinary approach. |
