System of Evaluation Factors for University Teachers in Natural Sciences
Ivelin Kuleff and Stefan Stoyanov Abstract In this paper a system of evaluating factors are proposed and discussed. Using such system it is possible to evaluate the quality of scientific papers as well as the professional abilities of the university teachers in any university. There are two other reasons for implementing such system, first one to help in introducing the quality system in the Bulgarian universities and second one to compare on the objective basis Bulgarian and foreign universities. The last one is especially important in view of recent involvement of Bulgaria in the EU community where the competition and collaboration are going hand to hand. |
