Models of knowledge management system for research organization
During the last years the knowledge management is well investigated in the real sector companies, but it remains still new for the research organizations. Following the globalization and the information technologies emergence, the access and the transfer of scientific knowledge has increased as well the research organizations needs for more systematic approach for generation, storage, use and transfer of knowledge. The knowledge management systems (KMS) provide useful instrument to facilitate the knowledge processes within organizations.
The present work makes a short overview of the role and place of the KMS within the research organization and proposes a model for elaboration of KMS regarding the specific work processes and researchersí needs. The main goal of KM system model is to support the researchersí work, to enhance the key new knowledge emergence, improving internal communication, dissemination and efficiency of the research outcomes.
