Statistical Analysis of Structures for Human Resource Management

The article presents the results of statistical analysis of personnel structures. It was carried out in order to reveal patterns and factor relationships in human resource mobility.

An attempt to improve the information assurance for the management of personnel aiming to achieve sustainable development of economic organizations was made. Based on a representative sample the structures of staff by gender, age, qualifications and connections of these structures with the average annual amount of sick leave and turnover were examined.

The necessity of creating flexible workplaces following  respective strategies in for selection and training of personnel was outlined. The estimated useful effect consists of providing additional arguments in support of future perfection of the quality of the decisions about the structure of the personnel and the   maintaining personnel  turnover at rational levels.
